Cane Digital Consulting is committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks.
GENERAL REFUND POLICY
Due to the custom nature of our services (website design, digital marketing, SEO, automation systems), all sales are generally final. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require special consideration. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
SERVICE-SPECIFIC POLICIES
1. Website Design and Development
- Refunds may be considered within 14 days of project initiation if work has not yet commenced
- Once development begins, no refunds will be issued
- Partial refunds may be considered if the project is canceled by the client after work has begun, at our discretion
2. Digital Marketing and SEO Services
- Monthly recurring services may be canceled with 30 days written notice
- Refunds for prepaid months are not typically provided, but unused portions may be credited toward future services
- One-time marketing projects are non-refundable once work has commenced
3. Consultation Services
- Consultation fees are non-refundable
- If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance
4. Training and Education
- Training programs and courses are non-refundable after access is granted
- Refunds may be considered within 48 hours of purchase if content has not been accessed
REFUND REQUEST PROCESS
To request a refund:
1. Contact us at hello@canedigital.com within the applicable timeframe
2. Provide your order number and reason for refund request
3. Allow 5-7 business days for review and response
4. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Refund requests must meet the following criteria:
- Requested within the specified timeframe for your service type
- Valid reason that aligns with our refund policy
- No violation of our Terms of Service
- Service not substantially completed or delivered
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following are non-refundable:
- Completed and delivered work
- Custom-developed features or code
- Third-party services, tools, or subscriptions purchased on your behalf
- Domain registrations and renewals
- Hosting fees (after service period has begun)
- Consulting fees for completed consultations
CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel ongoing services at any time with written notice:
- Email cancellation to hello@canedigital.com
- Provide at least 30 days notice for monthly recurring services
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- You remain responsible for all charges incurred before cancellation
CHARGEBACK POLICY
If you file a chargeback or dispute with your credit card company, we reserve the right to:
- Immediately suspend or terminate your account
- Deny future service requests
- Pursue legal action to recover disputed amounts and fees
- Report the chargeback to credit reporting agencies
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
PARTIAL REFUNDS
In cases where work has partially commenced, we may offer:
- Partial refund based on work completed
- Credit toward future services
- Completion of agreed-upon work at reduced scope
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If you are dissatisfied with our services:
1. Contact us immediately to discuss your concerns
2. We will work with you to find a mutually acceptable solution
3. Most issues can be resolved through communication and service adjustments
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We stand behind our work and are committed to your satisfaction. If you experience issues with delivered work, we will make reasonable efforts to:
- Correct errors or defects
- Address concerns promptly
- Provide additional support when appropriate
EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
We may consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances, including:
- Service failure due to technical issues on our part
- Misrepresentation of services
- Unforeseen circumstances that prevent service delivery
