COUNTER-NOTIFICATION
If you believe that material you posted was removed in error, you may send a counter-notification containing:
1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
5. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your area
REPEAT INFRINGERS
We reserve the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
PROCEDURE
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notification:
1. We will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
2. We will notify the user who posted the material
3. We may terminate access for repeat infringers
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification:
1. We will forward it to the complaining party
2. We will restore the material within 10-14 business days unless the complaining party files a court action
FALSE CLAIMS
Please note that filing a false DMCA notification or counter-notification may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorney's fees. We reserve the right to pursue legal action against individuals who knowingly submit false claims.
MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date."
